My career began in executive search, working across industries, leadership levels, and highly specialised roles, many of them newly emerging or difficult to define.
After thousands of interviews and leadership conversations, I began noticing recurring behavioural patterns: how people respond under pressure, how they influence others, where blind spots emerge, and the subtle signals that reveal how someone is likely to lead, decide, adapt, and grow in real environments.
Over time, that pattern recognition evolved into POV™ — an independent practice focused on behavioural assessment, reflective interviewing, and human centred leadership insight.
